This website is operated by Chiromaitre . Throughout the site, the terms "Chiromaitre", "Site", "we", "us" and "our" refer to chiromaitre. Chiromaitre offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the User, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here. Chiromaitre offer therapeutic services, including massage and other types of bodywork.

By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our "Service" and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions ("Terms of Service", "Terms"), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/or contributors of content.

Please read these Terms of Service carefully before accessing or using our website. By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the website or use any of our services.

Any new features or tools which are added to the current website shall also be subject to the Terms of Service. We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and/or changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to the website following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

Our online store is hosted on Tilda Publishing. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

SECTION 1 - GENERAL CONDITIONS

By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you have a written consent from your parent or guardian, which allows you to use the Site.

You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your local jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).

A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in an immediate termination of our Services for you.

You understand that your content (not including credit card information), may be transferred unencrypted and involve (a) transmissions over various networks; and (b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service or any contact on the website through which the service is provided, without express written permission by us.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

SECTION 2 - ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS AND TIMELINESS OF INFORMATION

We are not responsible if information made available on this site is not accurate, complete or current. The material on this site is provided for general information only and should not be relied upon or used as the sole basis for making decisions without consulting primary, more accurate, more complete or more timely sources of information. Any reliance on the material on this site is at your own risk.

This site may contain certain historical information. Historical information, necessarily, is not current and is provided for your reference only. We reserve the right to modify the contents of this site at any time, but we have no obligation to update any information on our site. You agree that it is your responsibility to monitor changes to our site.


SECTION 3 - MODIFICATIONS TO THE SERVICE AND PRICES

Prices for our products are subject to change without prior notice.

We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.

We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.


SECTION 4 - PRODUCTS AND SERVICES

All our prices include 24% value-added tax and are given in euros (€), unless otherwise stated.

Products are ordered through the online shop at www. chiromaitre.com/en

All orders are confirmed via e-mail. Receiving an order confirmation requires that the customer provide their e-mail address in connection with the order. Please also provide your telephone number in connection with the order for the purpose of receiving delivery notifications.

After you have received a message from us about your delivery being processed, but the delivery has not arrived within the normal estimated delivery time, please inquire for your parcel at your closest post office or pick-up point. This applies to deliveries with no tracking number. Please only contact us via e-mail at inspirebody.fi@gmail.com if the delivery cannot be found.

Orders are always processed in the order they are received.

Processing time for your order: 1–5 working days from the order.
Estimated delivery time within Finland: 2–4 working days from the processing of the order.
Estimated delivery time to other countries: 3–7 working days from the processing of the order.

We usually process orders on the following weekday after the order was placed. The delivery times provided here are estimates and do not bind the seller. We are not responsible for any damages and/or additional costs incurred to the customer if the delivery is delayed. We are not responsible for delayed deliveries due to national holidays.

We deliver orders as packages or letters depending on their size. The deliveries are carried out by Posti (Posti Group) and its cooperation partners. If the carrier is not Posti or one of its cooperation partners, the customer will be notified separately.

If the customer fails to collect their parcel, we shall charge the customer for any costs incurred. We will also charge the customer for any fees incurred due to faulty information given by the customer (e.g. incorrect address / telephone number).

We are not liable to pay for re-delivery if the address provided by the customer is incorrect. An unclaimed parcel that has been returned to us is always processed as a return. We do not re-deliver returned parcels.

Failing to claim parcels at the delivery location is not considered a return or cancellation. A separate fee of EUR 20 will be charged for any parcel not claimed.

Please check the condition of the parcel immediately after receipt. If the packaging and product have been damaged during transport, you should submit a damage report at the post office. Please contact us after this at inspirebody.fi@gmail.com.

If the product has been lost or damaged during transportation or the wrong product has been delivered to the customer, the customer must notify us immediately at inspirebody.fi@gmail.com

We reserve the right to change our delivery terms. Customers must read the delivery terms valid at any time before placing an order.

Certain products or services may be available exclusively online through the website. These products or services may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Returns & Exchanges Policy (see below).

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.

We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for any product or service made on this site is void where prohibited.

We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected.


SECTION 5 - RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY FOR THE ONLINE STORE PRODUCTS

You have 14 days after receiving the order for claiming a return or exchange. Please note that we can only accept unused items in their original package. The return shipment is paid by the customer.

If you received a damaged item, we will issue a full refund or resend a new item.

If your item has warranty and fails within the warranty period, please contact us right away and we will resolve your case as soon as possible. The exact resolution will be determined on a case-by-case basis.

Please note, that refunds take 5-10 days to appear on your bank account.


SECTION 6 - OUR RIGHT TO CANCEL OR LIMIT THE ORDERS

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.


SECTION 7 - GENERAL POLICY FOR THE ONSITE THERAPEUTIC SERVICES

Please arrive 10 minutes before your appointment: we do not have a separate waiting room and cannot invite you in earlier.

If you arrive late for your appointment, your service(s) will be shortened in order to keep on schedule. No full or partial refunds will be given. In special cases, and when our schedule will allow, we may be able to accommodate a full appointment. This will be at our discretion and only with proper, advanced notification of your late arrival. The original reservation fee will be charged.

If you choose Yumeiho therapy, please take comfortable clothes with you: Yumeiho is performed on the mat and the patient should wear leggings or elastic pants, a long-sleeve shirt and clean socks.

By accepting these Terms of Service and/or by booking or receiving any Services provided by Chiromaitre, you acknowledge and agree that:

1. You understand that massage therapy is provided for stress reduction, relaxation, relief from muscular tension, and improvement of circulation and energy flow.
2. If you experience pain or discomfort during the session, you will immediately inform your therapist so that pressure/strokes can be adjusted to your level of comfort. You will not hold your therapist or Chiromaitre responsible for any pain or discomfort you experience during or after the session.
3. You understand that the Services offered are not a substitute for medical care. You understand that your therapist or Chiromaitre are not qualified to diagnose, prescribe, or treat physical or mental illness.
4. You have notified your therapist of all your known medical conditions and injuries before your first massage/therapy session.
5. You agree to inform the therapist of any changes in your health and medical condition. You understand that there shall be no liability on the therapist's or Inspire Body's part should you forget to do so.
6. You understand that massage is entirely therapeutic and non-sexual in nature.
7. You have read and understood the description of the service you request from us, including contraindications and possible side effects, on our website ( https://chiromaitre.com ). You understand that there shall be no liability on the therapist's or Inspire Body's part should you (i) forget to do so, (ii) go into treatment despite having any of the contraindications, or (iii) get any of the listed possible side effects.

SECTION 8 - BOOKING AND CANCELLATION POLICY FOR THE ONSITE THERAPEUTIC SERVICES

Bookings can be done through our website https://chiromaitre.com/en at any moment in advance or on the day of your appointment, if there are slots available in our timetable at https://chiromaitre.com/en/ .

If you want to cancel your appointment, please, contact us at least 24 hours before your booking. Otherwise, we will charge you a 100% fee for the service you booked. All cancellations have to be done by contacting our official e-mail address: inspirebody.fi@gmail.com

If you need to cancel your appointment in less than 24 hours because you have fallen sick, it is necessary to present a medical certificate. Only with a valid medical certificate we may issue you a refund.

If the client deliberately refuses to pay online, he violates the booking form, i.e. the booking can be cancelled at any time. If the client failed to pay for the service by any payment method before the meeting, during the meeting he is given the chance to pay the next day, if the client does not pay for the service the next day, the client is transferred to the waiting phase until he pays, but this is given a maximum of one week, after one week of waiting, the client is transferred to the interest rate phase, which is equal to 10% of the cost of the service, i.e. if you booked a service for 100 euros, then 10 euros are charged on this amount every day. After a maximum of one to three weeks, the client's case is transferred to a collection agency. With all the interest for the entire waiting period. Do not forget that by booking you automatically agree to the rules of the privacy policy.

1. Timma.fi allows you to book last minute appointments, i.e. on the same day, at a special price. You can only use this offer once. Further bookings should be done at our website ( https://chiromaitre.com/en/ ).

2. ClassPass.com allows you to book each of our services at a special price. You can only use this offer once for each service. Before booking an appointment through ClassPass, you must check the availability of time slots at our website (https://chiromaitre.com/en/). ClassPass special offer is mainly for bookings on the same day or next day. We can't guarantee that we will be able to fulfil your booking request, if you make it through ClassPass well in advance, i.e. more than one day before the appointment. In case ofor such booking, we will notify you 24 hours before your appointment whether we need to cancel it or not. After their first appointment, ClassPass members will get a 10% discount for any further services at Сhiromaitre.

SECTION 9 - ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.


SECTION 10 - OPTIONAL TOOLS

We may provide you with access to third-party tools over which we neither monitor nor have any control nor input.

You acknowledge and agree that we provide access to such tools "as is" and "as available" without any warranties, representations or conditions of any kind and without any endorsement. We shall have no liability whatsoever arising from or relating to your use of optional third-party tools.

Any use by you of optional tools offered through the site is entirely at your own risk and discretion and you should ensure that you are familiar with and approve of the terms on which tools are provided by the relevant third-party provider(s).

We may also, in the future, offer new services and/or features through the website (including, the release of new tools and resources). Such new features and/or services shall also be subject to these Terms of Service.

Certain content, products and services available via our Service may include materials from third-parties.

In no case shall Chiromaitre, our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, interns, suppliers, service providers or licensors be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, including, without limitation lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, replacement costs, or any similar damages, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, arising from your use of any of the service or any products procured using the Site, or for any other claim related in any way to your use of the service or any product, including, but not limited to, any errors or omissions in any content, or any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of the service or any content (or product) posted, transmitted, or otherwise made available via the Site, even if advised of their possibility. If in our sole judgment you fail, or we suspect that you have failed, to comply with any term or provision of these Terms of Service, we also may terminate this agreement at any time without notice and you will remain liable for all amounts due up to and including the date of termination; and/or accordingly may deny you access to our Services (or any part thereof).
